Full job description

WE PAY TOP INDUSTRY RATES!

Job Description: Snow Subs work closely with our management team to complete dedicated snow route(s). Providing high-quality clearing and salting of specified areas. Snow clearing is an on-call 24/7 obligation. Subs will provide reporting through an App and be available by phone throughout the season. Management will provide training, support, notes and sites maps, and the schedule/timing for snow runs.

Qualifications: Shoveling Subcontractor

Proven experience with winter snow removal work is required
Owners of vehicle required (Van, Cube, Large Truck)
Clean Driver’s License abstract required
Machine and hand shoveling required
Ability to supervise shovelers is required
Ability to do hard labour and long hours is essential
Ability to work in tough weather conditions is essential
Working smart phone with ability to use apps required
Owner of snow removal equipment an asset

Rate of Pay: Standby and Hourly payments (negotiable dependent on experience)

Start Date: Nov 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026 (5-6 months)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $2,500.00-$10,000.00 per month

Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
