Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper and become a vital part of our organization’s financial health and administrative efficiency! Duties

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify financial accuracy
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and monitoring variances
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence management

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis processes
