Immediate part time Night auditor position is available for 2 days per week primarily on Sunday & Monday nights and cover shifts when the hotel is busy .The Applicant must be very flexible with the shifts have a minimum of 2 yrs previous Hotel experience with PMS and strong computer skills experience & Guest service skills

The Guest Service Agent is empowered to handle all Guest inquiries , Customer Service and Complaints & is passionate in solving guest problems .
The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.This position requires applicant to very reliable & adhere to the schedule

Duties

include all aspects of a Guest Service agent, including guest check-ins and check outs, assisting with concierge inquiries, answering the switchboard and taking reservations calls, all while striving to exceed guest expectations.
The Candidate is focused on providing outstanding service & Spirit of Hospitality by focusing on little things that makes a big difference in creating a memorable guest experience .
Welcoming & Smiling at all times & engaging with all the guests
We are looking for positive and energetic individual to join the Guest service team in the role of Guest service Agent.

Responsibilities

Guest service Agent include but are not limited to:

Immediately takes ownership of all guest issues as they arise, documenting and following through to their full resolution.
Ensure that guests receive a positive first and last impression of the Hotel; greets and registers guests (check guests in and out); liaises with all other departments.
Answer telephones & greet guests in a friendly, and professional manner in accordance to our Hilton Standards
Candidate must be extremely reliable & is able to work with minimum Supervision
Interacts with other departments in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure that assigned duties are completed during the course of a shift;
Follow specific checklists
Enters all reservation booking details & special requests in our system .
order to help the guests with directions & serve as a liaison for guests requiring information relating to things to do in the area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Hilton PEP system an asset or other hotel PMS
Must possess excellent Organizational skills, detail oriented & Communication skills both spoken & written.
Ability to work as a team & able to Multi task in this position and must be extremely reliable for the position
Previous Guest service agent , reservation hotel experience preferred
All other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
Must be able to work as a duty Manager during the shift
Handle escalated guest issues
Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Post secondary education in Tourism/Hospitality programs an asset.Previous hotel minimum 2 experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.50-$20.73 per hour
