With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring for various administrative positions at our office in Norfolk County. Applicants to this job posting may find themselves in a data entry role within our Safety, Billing or Logistics departments – depending on skillset, experience and hiring needs.

Logistics and supply-chain experience is NOT a requirement; we hire for attitude and work ethic.

THE ROLE

The Operations Coordinator job posting is designed to attract applicants with various levels of experience for administrative roles within the office. These tasks would range from inputting and updating information into a database, phone and email communication with drivers and customers, background checks, and other administrative duties as required. Solid verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position as you are a critical member of our team interacting with various levels of the supply chain.

ABOUT YOU

Strong organizational skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: insurance, recruiting, onboarding, banking and logistics.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

Processing paperwork submitted by drivers and employees
Communicating with co-workers, drivers and/or applicants daily
Providing top-notch customer service to Scotlynn’s carrier base, customer base and employees
Helping to resolve issues with constant professionalism, insight and courtesy
Performing other duties as required

YOUR COMMITMENT

This is a full-time, permanent role
Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
