What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and executing menu items with consistency and pride
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
Working efficiently during busy service while staying calm under pressure
Assisting with daily prep and station organization
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Supporting your teammates because great kitchens succeed together
Taking ownership of your station and contributing ideas that make us even better

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Loves cooking and takes pride in every plate leaving the pass
Is dependable and shows up ready to contribute
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and enjoys learning
Is organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Holds (or is willing to obtain) FoodSafe certification
