YOUR ROLE
Your role as a Painter is essential in maintaining our Reputation for quality and well-maintained apartment homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE
- Paint apartment units during turnovers
- Paint hallways, common areas, stairwells, and building exteriors as required
- Patch holes, repair minor drywall damage, sand, caulk, and prepare surfaces
- Complete touch-ups in occupied and vacant units
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work efficiently to keep projects and turnovers on schedule
- Communicate professionally with tenants and team members
- Take pride in creating clean, high-quality apartment homes

REQUIREMENTS
- Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle: Required for travel between properties throughout Edmonton
- English Communication: Strong English speaking and written communication skills are essential. This role requires communicating professionally with residents, vendors, and team members, as well as understanding work orders, safety procedures, and company documentation.
- Painting Experience: Previous residential or commercial painting experience required
- Maintenance & Renovation Experience: Property maintenance, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, or renovation experience is considered an asset
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and complete projects efficiently
- Attention to Detail: Pride in workmanship and commitment to quality
- Positive Attitude: A team-first mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overtime as needed.
