Job Description:

Dragonfly Golf Links in Renfrew, Ontario, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to provide exceptional service in our clubhouse for the 2026 golf season. This is your opportunity to work in a vibrant, picturesque environment where your commitment to excellence and passion for hospitality will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, accommodating any special requests or dietary needs.
Serve menu items promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Process payments accurately and handle transactions with integrity.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Smart Serve Certification is mandatory and must be completed prior to the first shift.
Prior serving or bartending experience is an asset but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.60 per hour (Ontario minimum wage for servers), plus tips. Experienced candidates may be eligible for higher rates.
Seasonal Employment: Full-time and Part-time hours from March to November.
