In Ontario, we partner with Air Canada bringing passengers to and from the Toronto Pearson Int'l Airport from Kingston, Hamilton, Waterloo/Kitchener, Muskoka, Niagara, and Sarnia. Our luxury motorcoaches replace short flights with a faster, more sustainable alternative—reducing airline costs, providing safe and reliable transportation, all while protecting customer travel, and enhancing their journeys.

The Role:
We’re seeking an Customer Service Supervisor based at the Muskoka Airport to support running our daily operations. Reporting to our Canada Regional Manager, this position will exclusively work our airport operations at the Sarnia airport.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-duty lead, supporting frontline operations and handling customer service escalations
Assist customers with reservations, travel questions, and day-of-travel needs
Prioritize operational tasks such as departures and arrivals while managing calls and messages
Enter, update, and maintain accurate passenger and reservation records
Provide support during delays, cancellations, and irregular operations
Coordinate with System Operations Control for day-of-operation needs
Greet customers, assist with boarding, and ensure a smooth terminal experience
Load and unload passenger baggage as required
Perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and baggage service office duties when applicable
Maintain required training and certifications for airline partner representation
Document passenger loads and operational details
Maintain working knowledge of Landline and airline partner products and systems
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Associate's degree in relevant field or equivalent education
Previous commercial aviation or ground transportation experience is preferred
Experience working with an airline Passenger Service System is preferred
Proven success leading in a in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to carry out safety-sensitive airport functions when needed
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the acceptance, lifting and handling of checked luggage

Criminal reference check required. Must have the ability to obtain airport security clearances as needed.
