We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CNC Machinist to join our client's manufacturing team in St. Thomas, ON region.

Pay - Up to $90K

Shift - Days

Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize CNC machines, including CNC lathes, for production, changeovers, trials, and new product launches.
Install, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, chucks, clamping systems, and other machine components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Diagnose and resolve machine, tooling, process, and quality issues while working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, tooling improvements, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Assist with CNC program validation, setup documentation, work instructions, and other production-related activities as required.

Requirement:

Technical diploma, apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent CNC machining experience preferred.
10+ years of CNC machining experience, including extensive CNC lathe setup and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, fixtures, hydraulic clamping systems, machine setup, and process optimization.
Proven ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and quality issues in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
