Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join their Wealth Management team in Winnipeg on a full time, basis.

Responsibilities:

Respond effectively to all inquiries from clients, couriers and employees in a friendly and professional manner;
Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees.
Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving instructions.
Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Coordinating the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
Working with spreadsheets
Creating file folders on shared drive
Working with a team including Advisors and assisting
Assisting the team in transferring documents
Dealing with paperwork and documentation
Dealing with various departments ie; transfers, and registered plans

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer-oriented focus;
Professional appearance and demeanor;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to professionally interact with, and manage relationships with employees at all levels;
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
Ability to problem solve and take initiative is essential;
Collaborative, forward-thinking approach to process and role development and improvement;
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, & Word).
