Responsibilities

Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
Be a team player and work towards maintaining a positive team environment.
Complete daily AM set-up or PM closing checklists and procedures.
Handle guests' orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide a top-quality product to all of our guests.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, able to suggest options and upsell to guests.
Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets, bills and receipts.
Accurately count the number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and strips needed for each order. Cook and prepare them following correct procedures. Always prepare and portion our product to the highest standard.
Accurately coordinate cooking time of menu items with the corresponding timer.
Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times.
Filter and freshen deep fryers daily following company safety procedures and with proper personal protective equipment.
Sauce, season, and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
Ensure food is handled safely and procedures are always followed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
Open/close the restaurant as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
