Full job description

We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Clinic Coordinator to anchor operations at our busy, expanding clinics in the communities of Mahogany and Seton.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (with flexibility to cover mornings and weekends as needed).

The ideal candidate is an organizational powerhouse who thrives under pressure and excels at multitasking. If you have proven experience successfully "wearing many hats" and balancing shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting, this elevated role is for you. You must bring exceptional interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills, paired with a can-do attitude and a genuine drive to contribute to our company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Elevate the Client Experience: Oversee daily clinic flow, providing premium administrative support and ensuring every patient interaction is exceptional.
Operational Excellence: Diligently manage, follow, and help optimize established clinic standards and protocols.
Central Communication: Act as the primary liaison, communicating effectively and proactively with clients, practitioners, and staff members.
Business Growth: Contribute directly to clinic sustainability and profitability through efficient scheduling, billing, and resource management.
Facility Management: Maintain a pristine clinic environment by overseeing sanitation, cleaning protocols, and daily laundry duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

Multifaceted Experience: Proven track record in a dynamic role where you were required to seamlessly manage multiple roles and responsibilities.
Grace Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to remain highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Service Background: 5+ years of premium customer service or administrative experience (prior multi-disciplinary clinic experience is highly preferred).
Communication Mastery: Superior verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, including strong comfortability with Mac Operating Systems.
Logistics: Access to reliable transportation to commute to our Mahogany and Seton locations.
