Full job description

Job Overview:

Car Central is seeking a part-time, detail-oriented Dealership Receptionist to join our team. We are a high volume used car dealership that thrives on customer satisfaction, which is only made possible by our awesome team. You will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to support the smooth operation of the office.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Handle high volume incoming calls and directing them to correct departments
Take detailed messages, and provide customers with basic information if necessary
Vehicle licensing. You must have previous experience with licensing vehicles.
Reviewing paperwork ensuring all documents are included as per checklist
Stocking in and out inventory as vehicles come and go
Maintain filing systems and keep a tidy, organized workspace
Prioritizing tasks and ensuring tasks are complete on time
Keeping general knowledge of inventory and communicating with Service department to get vehicles advertised
& Occasional duties provided to you by Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Valid Driver's License (G2 or G)
Previous licensing experience is required
Proficiency in computerized systems for office tasks (Google Office)
Familiar with dealer software (PBS) is an asset but not required
Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting with general knowledge of vehicles
Positive attitude and strong communication skills, ability to work as a team and independently
Passion for the automotive industry and/or willing to learn

Schedule:

Thursday 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Friday 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Saturday 10:00AM - 3:00PM
